Novibra RAEM Features:
Novibra RAEM is a mounting option that can satisfy vibration issues for a wide variety of applications. The RAEM is very similar to the Novibra RA. It has a slightly different design that allows for more of the rubber element underneath the top cap. The "EM" that is added to the standard RA designates it as being extra soft. There is a large selection of Novibra RAEM mounts that can handle light weight applications up to very heavy ones. Under normal working conditions and RPM speeds (1500 rpm to 1800 rpm) the Novibra RAEM will be capable of achieving 85 - 95% isolation. Because there is more rubber present under the cap of these mounts, they are capable of giving very good isolation when RPM speeds are in the lower range as well. Trelleborg only uses the highest methods of production in their mounts. Because of this, the Novibra RAEM is able to achieve extremely high performance ratings and offers the following features:
- Rubber features are utilized effectively combining compression and shear
- Wide load rating options, 10-3400 kg.
- Corrosion protected to cope with arduous environments on land or marine applications (Fe/Zn8C as per ISO 2081).
- Fitted as standard with an integral fail-safe design with resilient stop, making Novibra RAEM ideal for use on mobile or marine applications. The Novibra RAEM mounts can accomodate occasional shock loads to 5 g reference to the weight in hardness 60 degree IRH. The mount will withstand shock loads up to 2 g without plastic deformation.
- Clear and durable product marking so that mountings can be identified even after several years in operation.
- Domed shape cover to protect against oil contaimination.
